Acceptance and licence

By downloading or using SearchPulse, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. Priority Bit grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use SearchPulse on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules.

SearchPulse is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC.

Google access and permitted use

SearchPulse does not create a SearchPulse account. Live use requires an existing Google account with access to at least one Google Search Console property. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth and SearchPulse requests only read-only Search Console access.

You must use SearchPulse only with accounts and properties you are authorised to access. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the app or provider services, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use SearchPulse unlawfully.

Google controls the availability, accuracy, retention and timing of Search Console data. SearchPulse cannot submit indexing requests, change sitemaps or modify Search Console properties.

SearchPulse Pro

SearchPulse Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The price displayed in the app is supplied by the App Store for your storefront. Apple processes payment, purchase restoration and refund requests; Priority Bit does not receive your payment-card details.

Pro access is tied to the Apple Account used for the purchase and is subject to Apple’s purchase and family-sharing rules where applicable. SearchPulse includes a Restore Purchases control for eligible prior purchases.

Availability and changes

SearchPulse is provided on an “as available” basis. Google services, Apple services, network connectivity, device capabilities and operating-system changes can affect features. Background refresh and widgets are best-effort and should not be treated as real-time monitoring.

Priority Bit may update SearchPulse to improve functionality, security, compatibility or compliance. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date and published terms before they apply.

Professional responsibility

SearchPulse presents reporting data and deterministic observations for informational purposes. Insights, comparisons and optional on-device Apple Intelligence explanations are not guarantees of ranking outcomes and do not replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for decisions made using the app.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Priority Bit does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the availability of third-party services, or the completeness or accuracy of provider data. Priority Bit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of SearchPulse or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using SearchPulse at any time, disconnect Google access, delete locally stored SearchPulse data and uninstall the app. Priority Bit may suspend access to future app services where required to protect the app, comply with law or address a material violation of these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location. Questions can be sent to Luan@prioritybit.co.za. Review the SearchPulse Privacy Policy for information about data access and storage.
